Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your item(s). However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Books

It is possible that you may receive your items with defects  (i.e., damaged product, wrong book, etc.). In these instances, please send an email to theclearandpresenttruth@gmail.com with pictures and an explanation of the defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will have a replacement copy mailed to you, free of charge. If you prefer a refund, please send the book to 1257 England Terrace, Hampton, GA 30228. Upon receiving the item(s), we will issue you a refund. 

No refunds will be issued as a result of objections to the book’s contents.

 

eBooks

eBooks are non-refundable unless the files have been corrupted. If the files have been corrupted, we will work to provide a damage-free replacement.

 

Posters

Posters that have been damaged during shipment can be refunded. Please send an email to theclearandpresenttruth@gmail.com and provide pictures of the damaged item. Depending on the damage, you may be required to send the poster back. Posters can also be replaced. In this instance, we will send another poster free of charge.
